體驗學習方案適用於哪一類型團體單位或個人?

      體驗式學習不單應用在正式的教育訓練上,舉凡個人與團隊間的議題,皆能採用體驗學習方案,尤其組織非專業的軟性技能,例如:團隊建立、績效達成、領導力、組織願景與文化塑造等;但也因為產業的特性、文化不同,個人與團隊的連結差異,有著企業組織內訓、個人與營隊等三種型態。

企業組織內訓:

      就企業組織而言,體驗式培訓方案設計,絕大部分都是經過評估後針對組織特性、參與者工作與個人特質而客製化的內訓教案。

個人課程:

      至於個人單獨參與課程,非以團體互動為目的的課程設計,目前以講師培訓等相關認證課程為主,畢竟個人課程在團隊議題的著力點不足,學員間因為不同的組織文化、企業語言,無法有效連結產生共通的學習感受而影響訓練效益。

營隊型態:

      營隊的組成雖來自不同團隊的個人,但因為目的性相同,遂課程設計需考量兩者的優劣,設計符合當次主題性的體驗學習方案,採用的類別以企業組織鼓勵型與懲罰磨練型營隊、校際資優教育營隊、高關懷與非行等特殊主題性營隊、冬令或夏令營等單一目的性之培訓方案。
