1.「體驗式學習」─有別於傳統的講授式課程,經由精心設計過的活動,從「做中學,學中做」,不斷於過程中催化反思並連結現實面,有效提升學習效果。
 
2.透過課程帶領者以「引導討論技術」(facilitation skill)無痕式誘發參與者進行分享討論(debrief),引導成員自我察覺與反思,同時幫助成員瞭解自我個體與團隊間息息相關的工作能量及影響力。
 
3.經由「體驗學習圈」(experiential learning cycle)的循環,從具體設計的活動中深度對話,讓參與者感受到不同層次學習震撼而獲得知識,強化個人之體認並透過概念化、類比及隱喻過程,將經驗有效移轉到真實的工作情境。
 
4.強調「跳出制式框框」(out of the box)的思考,破除個人本位主義及部門藩籬,降低參與者個人色彩,幫助個人培養參與高績效工作團隊表現所需之技能。
 
5.以具體且完整的課程設計,使成員經歷完整的任務型團隊發展階段,重視個人誠信、企業倫理,並體悟團隊工作內涵與領導動能。
